GMR Designs is a division of Georgia Move Realty, Inc. When you work with GMR Designs, your agreement is with Georgia Move Realty, Inc., doing business as GMR Designs.
GMR Designs provides design and consulting services: new construction builder consulting, development consulting, interior and client design consulting, custom websites and client portals, website care and maintenance, brand identity plans, and business cards and print. These terms cover your use of gmrdesigns.com and any services we provide.
The scope, price and schedule of each project are set out in a written proposal, estimate or invoice. GMR Designs’ consulting services are design and business consulting only. They are not real estate brokerage services, legal, engineering, surveying or financial advice, and they do not replace a licensed professional for those needs.
GMR Designs does not practice real estate. It is not a real estate brokerage, and its people do not act as real estate agents or brokers for GMR Designs clients. GMR Designs’ services are design and consulting only.

Invoices are due on the date shown on the invoice. Unless your agreement says otherwise, past-due balances accrue simple interest at the prime rate from the due date until paid. Payment is made to Georgia Move Realty, Inc.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final logos, designs and website content made for you, unless your agreement says otherwise. GMR Designs keeps ownership of its own tools, code libraries, templates and working files, and may show finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Websites are built to work on current browsers and devices. Third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting, email and payment providers are governed by their own terms. Website care and maintenance plans cover the updates described in your plan.
The content of gmrdesigns.com, including the GMR Designs name and logo, belongs to GMR Designs and may not be copied without permission. Links to client websites are provided to show our work; those sites belong to their owners.
We do our best work on every project, but services are provided as described in your agreement and without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, GMR Designs’ total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
