GMR Designs started with a need Stephen saw firsthand while running one of the top real estate teams in the area: real estate software and websites were too generic, and none of them were built for what local agents, buyers and sellers actually need. The developers we talked to either sold a one-size-fits-all template or came from companies that didn’t understand real estate.
Over time the same gap showed up everywhere. Small and local businesses needed a brand that worked and stayed consistent, and builders and home developers in the construction and housing markets needed custom work that didn’t fit in a generic box.
So Stephen partnered with Cheyne Hammett, who brings years of professional programming and web experience, and together they started GMR Designs. Since then, clients have used us to redline construction plans, develop neighborhood concepts, design interiors and walk through the entire construction process.
